I made my first Pijayu on 28.04.2011. I didn't know how, me and everybody at home would response. E...mm...mm, it was really delicious. My husband loved it, but must control his intake.Made it again on 30.04.2011.
The red lentils or Mysoor Dhall.
The lentils after being soaked and pulsed with the chillies, onions, cilantro, turmeric powder and supposed to be red chili powder, but I forgot to buy, instead I use red fresh chillies.
The finished product. Dip in Lingam's chilli sauce...yummy.
